Who We Are

American Industrial Care is an Occupational Health & Safety Service Provider whose primary focus is helping our customers create and maintain a safe and healthy workplace.  By meeting and exceeding the certification requirements of all federal, state and local regulatory bodies, AIC’s program management has proven to be accurate, prompt and legally defensible.

What separates us from other TPAs is our service and our support. Even with our technological advancements and growth over the years, service remains AIC’s top priority. To assist and support our clients, we create a unique program for each client.

What We Do

Established in 1991 as Advanced Industrial Care, AIC began providing employers with unparalleled occupational medical services, focusing primarily on injury care.  In 1993 Advanced Industrial Care’s operations were expanded to incorporate other services including drug and alcohol testing.  In 1995 we expanded our operations once again, completing our transformation into a full-service provider.  After a few years of steady growth we changed our name to American Industrial Care and extended our service area to include the entire country.

With 18 years of experience, American Industrial Care has earned the recognition and admiration of well respected customers nationally for our exceptional service and performance as a provider of workplace management solutions.  We are a female-owned company that provides accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at the highest level.  We provide services nationally by contracting with thousands of occupational medical clinics and we utilize only SAMHSA certified diagnostic toxicology laboratories.  Our medical review officer has 18 years of experience and maintains extensive certifications, such as the American Association of Medical Review Officers and being awarded a diplomat of the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
